♥Time Flies♥

Time flies. It is summer again with long daylight until almost 9pm now and much more sunny day. How cool is that!! Planning planning...I need to enjoy a great summer. Yet for now it is a beautiful evening, still shinning bright with cool breeze. I wish I can relax outside at my backyard but heaps of improvement needs to be done. I need a helping hand. I am going to search online for a gardener and design inspiration. Nevertheless, I can visualize one with the help of a beautiful pic to enjoy a lovely magical evening...

♥My Inner Child Smiles and Shines♥

Birds chirping out loud on a cloudy day, flying high and low, dancing around. Brother wind and Father sun have not shown up so far. Aww my garden has loads of work waiting for me since Spring came. Maybe I should stop here and get up to start my busy day. Just remember, feel good and awesome to attract all the good things your way. Whatever happened in the past, step on it as lessons. Dream big and fly high. Yet most importantly live in the present, the beautiful gift of God. What matters most is NOW and live as if you only have NOW. So live life to the fullest joyfully whatever life unfolds. Cherish, rejoice and relax. Notice all the little things in life where all beauty lies. ♥Beautiful Life Is Just Simple♥

Yesterday was a beautiful day. I, Wendy and Frances went to pay a visit to Peggy who lives in the St. Nicolas Hospital retirement housing for old people. She lives on the first floor. A very bright place with four sided windows in the whole apartment. The picturesque view is fantastic. We had a very enjoyable lunch: egg noodles with seafood, some delicious chewy fish balls from Singapore and crunchy bean sprouts. I brought the Korean style pancake cooked at home. It is actually garlic chive fried with egg and potato starch serving with a sesame vinegar fish sauce. Ingredients of the pancake and sauce is optional in accord with your personal favourite and availability. After lunch we had Chinese green tea with strawberries and cherries bought by Wendy and Frances in Tesco. After long chats, we went down to Peggy's garden for her veggie and flowers.  There are so much to see and Peggy gave us some garlic chive and a kind of veggie for us to bring home as food and planting in our own gardens. As we were tired digging out the root, we rested and chatted a bit in her garden. Later Peggy took us to her old garden on the other side where she planted a fig tree years ago. We saw some figs hanging on the tree. How lovely!! The big garden around the hospital is beautiful and peaceful. I took many pictures. We then went back to Peggy's apartment and had tea again. As we talked, Peggy said there is a cherry tree down there with sour cherries and people use them to make a wine. She let us taste some. It is awesome like the Japanese plum wine. We chatted and chatted. Time flies, when I arrived home, it was already 7:30pm. It was such a wonderful day. What a beautiful life can be from simple living!

♥Embrace The Silence Under The Blue Moon♥

Today is Sunday, a day for rest to worship God. Yeah I am going to have a Chinese worship service soon in  an hour and going to get ready. Today is also Father's Day. I said blessings to a friend who is a father and he said blessings back to me. I said I am not a father but he said you have a father. Oh I totally forgot, I had a father. I told him he passed away three years ago when I moved to England and we talked about his sudden cause of death: colon cancer.... My kid is having exam even not they do not like talking with their father who lives elsewhere in the world. So a Father's Day does not mean much to us. Well I did receive a call from my kid's father today asking when am I going to find a job. Yeah I love to find a job and get independent. Easy or not I am going to find one. Yet my feeling is complicated. My path is unknown. There are things that I have longed for but maybe that is not real. There are so many things that I do not know or cannot comprehend in the universe. I know what I need to do or should feel and have faith in God, the great creator. Everything is unreal but God and only God is Love, Light and Peace. Yet my heart still sink and become heavy. Once in a while, I just want to walk in the desert, embrace the silence under the blue moon...

♥Always Hope♥

Today my brother Jason asked me "In one hour there was 487 violent crimes, 1 murder, 4 rapes, 290 thefts, and 75 overdoses..... Is there no hope for the human race?" I said "The world is so big with so many people and some are insane having no sense of right or wrong because of their background. What can I say? It is just out of control but still we need to hope for the better and there are still lots of decent people. I think we need to focus on the good side and be positive to attract good things and have peace."

May we find peace and love from within even in the midst of turmoil in life and all the insaneness and tragedy happening around the world, which are totally out of our control but walking our path on earth until we return back to the embrace of our great creator in eternity. What we can do now is to make a little difference to make a better world no matter how small it is and it all begins from oneself.
