Live In The Moment Live In The Breathe

Recently, I started to socialize with people here in England rather than just staying at home. I had some experiences  which are bewildering and hard to understand. Most of them drained my energy when I fought against their negativity upon me: they are so stubborn and stuck in their own life that they persistently do things on their own terms without consideration of the others; they tend to argue on the words or points I made without facing or giving much thoughts of the solution of the real problem; their approach and attitude in handling situations is often self-centred and deceptive with certain agenda; they take things for granted without appreciation and true gratitude; they can even return unconditional loving kindness to them with meanness. All these are just hard for me to accept and I feel disappointment from time to time when I thought of such experiences. Yet life is all about experiences which make us grow and strong through feelings, awareness, understanding and acceptance. No matter good or bad, they are just moments and all shall pass. Everyday is a brand new day, a new chapter of life to be written with our creative thoughts and open-mind. It is all up to us to make it awesome in all sorts of colours, sounds and smell. We are in total control to feel good or bad about it from different perspectives. So make everyday a day of blessings with a happy grateful heart. Love is all there is. Relax  and  breathe.

The Intention Experiment

I have not done blogging for a quite a while as I have been picking up my professional study. Today
I came across this video about the book "The Intention Experiment' which were said to be consistent with Mahayana Buddhism and very worth reading. In the near future, Budddhism may not be regarded as a religion but advanced science and philosophy. It sounds very interesting.

I have learnt that we are powerful and limitless to create our own reality throughout these few years of self-improvement journey. We can create our own reality through our intentions or thoughts by feeling as if the reality is happening. So I am highly interested to see what this book is really about and any further insights  relates to self-healing, co-creation of reality, the inner power, consciousness, mind control, inner peace etc which are interesting topics that I am exploring. In particular how the contents are consistent with Buddhism. I hope you can enjoy the videos of the monk who tries to tell about the main points of the book he summarized in 10 pages even though he speaks quite slowly in Mandarin. The videos have English subtitles:
