A Thought On Transformation

There are very few lucky souls in the entire world who get what they want from life without any pain. For the rest it is a matter of struggle, sometimes even with themselves. The struggle with the outside world is much simpler than with one’s self. Struggle is an integral part of our journey. Be it to achieve a goal or to be happy, it is not easy both with the outside world or within ourselves. Yet self-realization can be far more complicated. We need to be still and quiet to see what is truly within. Being positive ease the process and save some good moments for us to relish. It is in our own sake to study our current position in a proper manner. For now I am very quiet and still. My heart does not affect me anymore. I accept and surrender. I feel so much better, calm and peaceful. I realize love can be very simple. I love my kids who will always be there for me. I only have them and so be it. Well I have God my Father too, who truly loves me. Yet one thing for sure. All love begins from oneself. I need to love myself and treat myself good. I cannot allow anything or anyone to hurt me. Stay cool with a happy heart. Everything falls into place effortlessly. Live in the NOW for myself not for others. After all we live one life. Focus on a goal. Work one step at a time and stay positive. Experience love with an open heart which is the life essence. Find some quiet time everyday to feel love and peace from within through meditation or walking into the nature with gratitude. It enables us to connect with our inner self and feed our soul. Abundance Blessing

What we focus on is what we’ll receive. We attract what we are vibrationally aligned with. It is important that we have positive belief in our subconscious to allow abundance. We need to shift or clear the limiting beliefs and worries with the beliefs such as “This is an abundant Universe and there’s plenty for us all”, “I trust that there really is so much goodness available to all of us”, and “My angels are here to support me with my Abundance and Prosperity.” These lift our vibration to be aligned with the frequency of abundance.

It is a seminar of Dr Eric Pearl talking and teaching about Reconnective Healing. I found it profoundly interesting and enjoyed the way he presented it. He has a lot of funny bones and what he said makes a lot of sense to me. I have been exploring all the possibilities of changing my life and here it comes. I am digging into this with full passion. I absolutely agree with him that we need to realize we are light and only from the knowing that does healing start to take place. I would share further for my finding on this area. Love Is Simple

Wow I had a very good sleep, almost eight hours. I think I woke up once but I just fell back to sleep again. I did not listen to any binaural beats last night but slept right after talking with a friend. I was in absolute balance and happy mood which is natural sleeping pill. Sometimes we really think too much. A simple nice talk with a friend who can resonate with you is absolutely amazing. It feels like all your emptiness inside is filled up. Love is simple. If you love someone, stay cool with a simple loving heart. Just cherish and enjoy every moment. Don't make it complicated. Don't ask any questions. Don't behave weirdly. Just live from heart and act from love. Let love energy vibrate and resonate. Effortlessly you create harmony and peace and make the world a better place. Everything is just fine as it is. Subtle Blue Of Peace

Wow I just came across this picture on facebook(fb) taken by a sister. I love the colour so much that I wish I were there. I love the peace and subtleness there. One of my friends said I am the queen of subtleness. Hahahaha what do you think? I don't know how people feel about me. I just know I am a sophisticated woman. Even I do not know myself sometimes hahaha. Yeah I am still a child, ain't I? Another friend said to me last night that he and his friends said I must be lying about my age. In every aspect of me I am a very young woman except my maturity. Well I told him maybe it is in my genes and I keep having a child heart even after having been getting through all the turmoils in life. I still dream and I believe in love. After all if you just live a life without dreaming a better one, there will no meaning in life. Frankly speaking, my new journey started two years ago when I started getting online having friends. Yet you can imagine how inexperienced I was and I met many scammers who always come in a pattern which enables me to smell their shit from miles away now lol. One thing important to bear in mind is not to let them think you are seeking which definitely makes you a target. You need to see the very truth in their conversation and storyline and do not disclose any personal information. You need to be in particular alert to people asking for money as there is no way asking for financial help to a friend met online who have no idea of who he really are from a distance. No matter how convincing their stories, you have no way to prove it. Besides you really need to think. Have you ever been asked to help a friend in money terms? Why now? Why him? Take a step back and you can definitely see the truth. Wow what am I doing hahaha I should be enjoying this wonderful scene. Why subtleness lead me to scammer lol? Well maybe subtleness is my weakness that what they think and they wanted to take advantage of me. Yet just as a coin having two sides. My subtleness can be worked in my advantage. In the deepest calm of my being, I accept and surrender to the very truth on earth. Life is just an experience. No matter good or bad, I am at peace.Nothing can bring me down. I am the most powerful being and I do not allow anyone to hurt me or me hurting anyone. Everything is in absolute harmony and balance. A Leap Of Faith

So open your heart and be receptive. Trust yourself, follow your heart and have a leap of faith. Jump in with excitement. Try your very best to make things work. Enjoy the process. Sometimes it is not about the end result but the process. You cannot imagine all the enjoyment and excitement unless you jump in. Even it does not work out, it does not mean it is bad. A Thought Seems True But Not

Today I got online and accidentally I saw this post shared by a lady friend as "Sad but true".

I think don't be sad for that. It may seem true. Yet it is all about thought and feeling. When you love someone, it hurts when you are not loved back the same way. Take a step back and think why you feel hurt with pain the most. Quiet is good so that you can think and reflect. Can you do even better and transform yourself? Let it be and embrace with love unconditionally. In time you will see how powerful true love can be. The funny thing is all about thought. I love what my friend said if you think it is a problem, it is a problem. I will say it further, if you think someone is fighting, you are fighting. So accept and surrender. Let it flow. Everything will be just fine as it is. Change your thought, change your life.

Quiet Journey Day 5 - Hotbath

I was quiet on the internet today. So I have not had any contact with anyone and nothing much to write. It is good to have peace. Just as I said before, we think too much and need to rest. Last night I had a hot bath with sea salt. I felt great. I like the fact that it raises my body temperature in this cold winter, increase my blood circulation to boost up the immune system, beautify and relax my body and give me a good sleep. Today I checked on the internet. I probably should not do more than twice a week and there are a lot of different types of healing bath. I think once in a while, we need to do something special to relax our mind and body to stay healthy physically and mentally. One of my friend has all sorts of idea, like lighting scented candles, having a special evening out to theatre, watching the stars in the sky searching for UFO lol.... It is time for me to get ready for bed. I hope you enjoy a peaceful day or pleasant night. For me I am having a starry starry night...

Quiet Journey Day 4 - Thought and Feeling

Wow I woke up at eight. I had good sleep of six hours. It is awesome. Well I should sleep a little more but I have a delivery today 7am to 8pm, oh my goodness such a long range. You know when my son told me to wait at 7 to 8, I thought that is great, 7pm to 8pm lol. Life is just like that there are all sorts of things that can surprise you. Be it good or bad, just take it easy. Let life flow as it is.

I have just responded to a message of a friend even though he threw me all the negativity yesterday. Somehow he repetitively does the same thing because I cannot satisfy him. Today I realize what he said and did kind of like the old me. Sometimes when we want something from someone and we ask for it but cannot be satisfied, we will then ask all sorts of funny questions: why you cannot do that or why you can do other things but not with me... The funny thing is our thought take control of us. We are unwillingly pushing things on that person who is just having his own freedom of choices. We do not aware that we are demanding something that we do not have the right to no matter what but we actually think we have the right to but that is only what we think according to our own rules or feelings. Yet we all have our own individuality and our own life to live. So if someone say no that make you feel disappointed, just accept it. Do not show a sad face or ask foolish questions that send out all the negativity to the other person which make the other person feel bad. Hahahaha I suddenly realize I was doing the same thing to one of my friends lol but I did reflection from time to time and changed myself accordingly. Sometimes we feel too much, we ask to much and we want too much. It is normal as we are just human. However, if you do the same thing again and again to the same person who has actually told you not to, you really need to stop and think as you are ruining a good friendship. Do not take advantage of the other person to tolerate your foolishness. You should reflect every time seriously and control your mind and heart as you are affecting the others by your behaviour. Building a beautiful friendship is not easy. Do not apply all your terms and think every friends need to follow your way. Communication is a beautiful thing if the vibrations of two persons resonate with each other. If not, it sucks. What is the point to have a poor conversation? I was frustrated somehow no matter how I explained it to my friend today. His negativity never stops. He said he is always the same. I said I have no saliva lol I cannot talk anymore, have a good day.

I love one of my friends. He always said everything is beautiful. He has a very open mind and a strong will. He inspires me to do better. Life is just beautiful if you have awesome friends around you sharing their wisdom and light. Stay positive and be happy. That is the only things we need. Stacey Charter said it so true "Don't rely on someone else for your happiness and self-worth. Only you can be responsible for that. If you can't love and respect yourself -- no one else will be able to make that happen. Accept who you are -- completely; the good and the bad-- and make changes as you see fit, not because you think someone else wants you to be different." So take responsibility for yourself. Trust yourself and love yourself. Kick out all the negativity in your head. Feed yourself with good stuff physically, mentally and spiritually. You can feel the unlimited power within. Everything is possible with a happy heart and open mind. Be receptive and change as you see fit. Keep growing. Life is an interesting book. There are so much to learn and so much to experience. Everyday is a brand new day. You have total power to create a colourful and beautiful chapter of life. Let your passion flow and dance through a beautiful day my friends...

Quiet Journey Day 3 - Thought

Today I got up early, approximately five hours sleep, far better than yesterday. Hahaha yeah everything is relative. My friend is very funny. Sometimes I even do not know whether he is joking or not. I once said I am the best cook in my family. He said are you showing off. Am I showing off I asked myself immediately. I thought I was talking a fact but was the showing off part in my brain. Frankly I was not showing off but I am proud of myself able to cook well. Yet I do not know how to response to him. I then explained further that I am not. As a matter of fact, I love reading cook book and I pay attention to details. I should have said there are a lot of people that can cook well. I just know a little. I am not a chef. It is just relatively I am the best in my family as simple as that. How can someone show off by just saying something. I believe to say someone showing off needs a lot of evidence for that kind of behaviour. I would not say so if someone tell me something like that. I would just say I look forward to taste your food. I wonder if my friend was joking but he seemed not as he said ok after I explained that. I really do not understand the way of thinking of my friend. It seems that he has been talking with a lot of people and he reacts to some words or questions in a different way having through all his talking experiences. I am always surprised. It can be interesting. Maybe his way of response can get more information. I am wondering whether he has an inquisitive mind or a skeptical mind. What do you think? Nevertheless he once said to me not to microanalyse everything. Well he is so right. Accept and surrender. Sometimes all the thoughts come can be confusing. It can even make you a skeptical person. So I had better let it be. No matter what he says or what he thinks. I am just me. I need not react to any words or any acts from him or the others. I stand like stone hahahaha. Believe and trust myself. Breathe and let life flow. Be still and quiet. Watch my thought and smile...

Sometimes it is very funny about thought. I was in a conversation with a friend. I asked a question that he does not want to reply and he reacted on it by interpreting me asking an old question which I already know the answer and he even said it is me asking the same question in another way. Why would I ask a question if I already know the answer. It is obviously another question which I have no answer. He then picked up other words I said in the opening of the conversation as if I wanted to make him think that he is a bad person or I want to mould him to a person I like. Wow he even said I throw him things. Oh my goodness, all these thoughts suddenly coming out from his mouth which I have no idea where it comes from and how can I be that person. It was actually he threw things at me just because he wanted to fight against that question. He did reply me after I fought against him that it is not the same question. The answer is simply he does not want to share. It is just a simple answer. Why need to fight so hard avoiding it. If he is not able to share any thoughts on that question, it is no big deal and I can understand it. I can understand a man is hard to share the inside. They have a lot of reservations. You know Sometimes people do not even know themselves. They react based on their experiences and it becomes who they are. I can understand that. Yet if you think a person is fighting against you. It is actually you that are fighting as it is all in your thought. You do not even aware the very truth because in your mind you think you are very right about it. I had thought about his behaviour before and gave him a name: Reactor. I really need to keep this in mind so that I can know his behaviour pattern and I will not ruin our conversation again or I can smooth things out in a better way. You know the funny thing, it looks like that I am the trouble maker because I ask a question. Yet the truth is he is a reactor to that particular question. Well if you are quiet enough sitting in the centre, you can see your very truth. Just like one said it is a problem only if you think it is a problem. So similarly, you are fighting if you think the other is fighting.

Quiet Journey Day 1 - Here I Come Again

Today is a beautiful day. Accept and surrender. No matter how life unfolds I cannot control but accept as it is; I cannot resist it but let it flow. I need changes and transformation. Only by which can I be free truly. I know said is easier than done. Yet It is all about thought and happiness, love and peace can only be sought within. With the help of binaural beats, I can find my way to smooth things out. Time and again things happen for a good reason. There are signs everywhere and I just need to see it with my heart. Maya Angelou said it so right “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” So feeling is the ultimate truth and I cannot deny it especially when it comes from the heart, my consciousness, my soul. I see from my heart and I know the very truth about myself and people in my life. I always treat them with kindness from my heart, not even once that I treated people bad. I just do quietly what my heart tells me to do and do it with a smile. Life may have treated me unkind but now I know I can create my own reality with unlimited power within. I am so excited for what may come my way. For the time being, focus is what I should do and I will continue, not for anyone but for myself. It is time for me to start a great day with love. I feel love and peace for everyone. Take a deep breath. Life is just amazing with infinite possibilities. Why not choose to be happy? Be calm and cool. It is not bad, only you think it is bad. Yeah it is true. Change your thought change your life.
